Health and Human Services has made it very easy for companies to file for their own waiver to certain aspects of Obama Care. Given the personal mandate and challenges in getting helath care insurance, perhaps each of us should be filling for a Waiver.

First act of the next president would be to give 100% waiver to every American, except for those who have old waiver. Then, cancel the old waivers.
So everybody excep union parasites and obama cronies would have permanent waiver.
Then, the next act is to order government to stop implementing OCare as it is constitutional. Here we can refer to Obama’s similar executive decisions (e.g. wrt gay policies).
When the time comes, just don't buy the insurance, don't pay the penalty, and be prepared to take the consequences. If and when the consequences come, be prepared to make as much noise as possible about the whole thing.
300 million people (or at least the ones not brain-dead) all doing this will be the only way this abomination collapses under its own weight. The legislature won't save us, the courts won't save us, we'll have to save ourselves. It's all on us.
I think it’s a simple two part form. The first is the contribution to the DNC. The second is the waiver itself, with the length keyed to the amount of the first.

Amen. That is similar to the arguments against the Bill of Rights. Those opposed said that if the Constitution already gave the government limited and enumerated powers it was unnecessary to state what they could not do. Obviously that argument lost although it was a sound one. However, without the BoR and in today's society and with this administration our rights would have become so distorted as to not exist.

Amen. I say the same thing about political correctness which is used to shame us into silence. To Hell with them! I am not shamed by telling the truth. It is like Give'em Hell Harry Truman said, "I just tell the truth and they think it is Hell."
Why should I file for a waiver? Why would I play Obama's game and thereby 'legitimize', even slightly, his unconstitutional behavior? Moreover why would I open myself to an IRS audit and Lord only knows what other abuses the Marxist and his cronies might come up with?
No! To hell with Obamacare! It is unconstitutional! Repeal It! Get rid of it! Destroy it! Get rid of him come 2012! Get rid of all his Marxists cronies with him!

What analysis I was expecting to see but haven’t is the comparison to mafia protection money.
The mafia comes in to an area and everyone is subject to a beat down.
However if you give protection money or in this case free PR or political support, you get a waiver for the smack down.
This is exactly like that.
