If there was such a thing, one would have to conclude that there had to be at least ONE on the team that conducted this attack, and I sure as hell don't see him speaking up on what happened.
So, this hypothetical "good" cop is laying low and keeping his mouth shut to protect his buddies from the prosecution they so richly deserve. Covering for the bad guys makes him one of them.
And since this is the good Democrat Dupnik's jurisdiction, there is absolutely zer0 chance of any investigation by the Holder Justice Department... just like the new Black Panther case. An investigation should take place on which PCSO Officer the victim had perhaps unknowingly "dissed" by not showing the proper deference that a subject should show to our "masters". This reeks of an execution.

My “good cops” comment was meant for all officers in this country, not just in this case. It is way too early yet, but I bet the “good cop(s)”, if any there, are quite uneasy about now. Once the suit begins, there will be those that crack, imho. I cannot believe that all involved were given the full extent of the facts. But, the supers should be sued and fried over this. Now, that this is Stupnick’s jurisdiction makes it even more interesting.
Dupnik used-up all his political capital in defending his department against charges they did next do nothing in the Giffords case in addition to blaming Republicans for it.
Very odd if he’s not yet made a statement about this. Even if only a “full investigation” statement.
I bet the bonehead resigns in the next few weeks.
What about those who executed the raid?
I agree that there are good people and bad people who work as cops, just as there are all kinds of people in every line or work. I’ve seen video where cops went to great lengths and put themselves in considerable danger in order to avoid using lethal force against an armed man. Dozens of police officers get shot and killed in cold blood every year while making traffic stops and serving warrants. An officer was gunned down and killed by an illegal immigrant in a town near me a few years ago while making a routine traffic stop. It’s a very dangerous job.
I agree with the poster who said this is an institutional problem. The cops clearly did not use the right procedure to serve this warrant. I get the sense that the cops knew this man was probably armed, which is why they sent a SWAT team to serve the warrant. It looks like the SWAT team was much too impatient and broke his door down way too soon when they should have given the man at least an hour to surrender peacefully. I have no idea why they shot this poor man 60 times. That is just bizarre and sadistic. Something about this whole raid is strange and doesn’t add up. I’m thinking about it and trying to find a theory for what really happened here.
And on the other hand, what is their response time when citizens need them? Well, why don’t we ask Gabrielle Giffords?
Don't know for sure but it is not unusual for a street drug bust to net some hapless junkie low level dealer. Cops and DA lean on him hard with promises of reduced or no sentence if they 'roll over' on their supplier. Junkie is scared $#!tless and screws up the address which the cops jump on without verifying. Presto, another urban disaster.

Pretty much the same thing someone else just said this morning about this disgusting abuse of the badge.
Emphasis mine. So chilling. Wasn't it in the same general area that the Anapolis veteran was gunned down by LEO in front of a Costco? Those thugs have remained unpunished, as far as I know.
As an FYI, one of the cops involved in that shooting has been indicted for giving a firearm to a convicted felon.
