Col. Terry Lakin was released from Levenworth prison today.

Military doctor refused to depart for 3rd tour in MiddleEast unless Obama supplied a birth certificate to the court, proving that he could act as Commander in Chief. Now he's suddenly released - with $40! Wonder what his legal fees were?

So, if Lakin, who admittedly disobeyed an order to deploy to Afghanistan is a hero, then what are all of those soldiers who obeyed those orders, deployed, fought, were wounded, died, returned and deployed yet again? What are those soldiers if Lakin is a hero? What about the SEALS who put it all on the line to kill Bin Laden. If Lakin is a hero, what are they?

Lakin is no hero, he’s much more like Obama than he is the brave men and women who continue to do their duty.
