Right! How often does a doctor ask if you have firearms? I've never heard of this before.

See #9, I think it is mainly pediatrians who ask it, AND they direct the question at your kid not you. They ask a whole list of similar questions, such as, “Do you where a helmet when you ride your bike?”

This is also buried in the new healthcare bill. Most people will just say "no". Then you are lying to the Doctor who is providing a Govt. service... which may be a felony...which may ultimately prevent you from owning said firearm. Catch22. More interesting is the fact that more than 600 kids are killed in the home each year due to suffocation and around 80 due to firearms.

Has anyone ever had a doctor ask if they had any plastic bags laying around or mini blinds with cords hanging down to the floor?

I've never been asked either, but if I was, my answer would be "It's none of your damn business and why are you asking me this question? GTH outa here and send in a different doctor"...

...or something like that! I might even want to follow up with an embarrassing personal question to Mr or Ms. Doctor!

I would start asking questions about their sex life. If they ever took a penis up their anus. Did they poop a little when it finally came out?

I think that would shut them up real quick. And I’d never go back to them.

If you embarrass these kinds of people in this manner (they are not expecting it) it will throw them off their game and they will understand exaclty the message you just told them. Don’t ask weird questions you have no right to ask.
