I may be the only person left who specifically remembers his birth. His parents are gone, his grandmother is gone, the obstetrician who delivered him is gone, said Nelson, referring to Dr. Rodney T. West, who died in February at the age of 98. Heres the story: Nelson was having dinner at the Outrigger Canoe Club on Waikiki Beach with Dr. West, the father of her college friend, Jo-Anne. Making conversation, Nelson turned to Dr. West and said: So, tell me something interesting that happened this week, she recalls. His response: Well, today, Stanley had a baby. Now thats something to write home about. The new mother was Stanley (later referred to by her middle name of Ann) Dunham, and the baby was Barack Hussein Obama.

Why would this be scrubbed? It supports the nativity as told by “them”
Probably a question for women who have had kids. Is there generally both your private OBGYN as well as the attending hospital physician on duty when you give birth? (of whom either could have signed a BC?)
Excuse me, you are correct.
This was debunked pretty fast. The doc was not practicing by then. No privileges.
Different Dr. (David Sinclair) signed Certificate of Live Birth
“His parents are gone, his grandmother is gone, the obstetrician who delivered him is gone,
It says right freakin’ there in the article this Dr West didn’t deliver O. The issue is dead. Dead. Dead. As in “It’s dead Jim”. Give it a rest.
I want to know why the WH website, posts a link to Barry’s COLB and the picture of than has SNOPES on the bottom of the page. Does Barry not have his own copy? He has to link up to SNOPES FOR THE PICTURE OF HIS COLB?
he wrote in his book that he found his original in his bible so why the need to have a document that was generated on april 25 2011. doesnt make sense
I misread it to but this seems to state that Dr. West delivered Obami.
I’ve reread the article 10 times. No where in it does Dr. West state he delivered Obama.
Some people just can't let go and accept they were wrong. To do so would invalidate all the time they've spent believing and advocating a completely false conspiracy theory.
So it's kind of a double hearsay almost 50 years after the fact, with Dr. West not around to say whether he did or did not state to Barbara Nelson back in the summer of 1961 that he had delivered Stanley Dunham's child. She could well have just assumed he had made the delivery, since he was talking about it.
No it doesn’t. All it states is that Nelson says West delivered Obama. Nowhere in the article does Dr. West claim he did it.
