(AP) Democrat Barack Obama on Friday blamed high gasoline prices on Washington and a political establishment that he says hasn't stood up to oil companies, his two rivals for the presidency included.

"The candidates with the Washington experience - my opponents - are good people. They mean well, but they've been in Washington for a long time and even with all that experience they talk about, nothing has happened," Obama said in remarks delivered at a gas station.

“So what have we got to show for all that experience?” Obama asked. “Gas that’s approaching $4 a gallon.”

Wow, that is mind-boggling.

What do we have to show for 2 years of this neophyte’s rule? We’re close to the abyss. Our country hangs in the balance, in several different ways.

Palin ‘12!

Blaming George Bush has stopped working for him, so now he’s moved on to blaming George Washington??

Who’s next — King George???

Too bad there was not a Roman Caesar named George to help Barry.

Has the Kenyan ever blamed himself for anything? I can’t recall a single item he has taken the blame for.

First 2 years it was all Bush’s fault. Now it is Washington.

This a$$ stopped drilling as best he could, and then he blames the Oil Companies? Fox: “It was the farmers fault because he put all of the chickens in one coop, where I could get to them easier...so don’t blame ME!”

Is not this the b - - - - - d who went to S. America and gave them 2 billion dollars to drill for oil and then told the that we would be their best customer?

Same b - - - - - d.

In fact, it's the same b - - - - - d who is giving $3 billion to Colombia to build a new refinery.

For a company whose primary owner is, you got it, George Soros.

Yup, that b - - - - - d.

I will wait for an investigative report by the State-run, Lame Stream Media on this entire fiasco. I am sure that they are already sending teams of investigators to get to the bottom of this very stinky issue. (You must know I am being cynical) - this will never happen to a RAT President or a RAT Administration.

The “pump price”/market crude ratio has long been established. Killing off our off/near shore new field development by the current administration only increases our reliance on foreign oil sources. But - and its a big but - it accomplishes the “One’s” obligations to the Prog/Elites’s “energy control” policy under the bogus guise of “environmental preservation”......

In reality, the United States is awash in energy. Oil, natural gas, coal and uranium. So much so, the Progs/Elites are having an increasingly hard time “selling” bans on ANWAR and new field development on leased government lands. Then there’s the “recovery” of declared “played out” fields....... IOW, our “energy policy” is increasingly one akin to feudalism....where the “govenment” controls who gets how much and when....Provided you vote the “right way”, of course.... >PS
