Seems to me I read some articles in the past that implied this idiocy of Bolivia’s is what some action in the works is supposed to produce out of the UN sometime in the future.
On the basis of what I recall of the articles this could be a test of that forthcoming UN action.
I wouldn’t doubt it as it seems all the off the wall Leftist nonsense is coming about during this period of time there is no adult supervision.
