So in other words the judge wanted her to lie and state that she admires everyone?

Open-ended imprisonment for saying something somebody doesn’t like.
Nice.

Well, that’s going to help!/ sarc
Wonder how long it will take anyone convicted, with her on the jury, before they file an appeal for discrimination?

She’s just a punk trying to scam her way out of jury duty. It backfired.

'Name three people you least admire', with the answer: 'African-Americans, Hispanics and Haitians.' How about Judges, Lawyers, and Defendants?
Politicians, Community Organizers, and Liberal Editors?
Actors, Singers,Arteests?
Other suggestions, FReepers?

Notice the tolerance exhibited by this leftist judge for people with viewpoints different from her own...

I know ab absolutely full-proof way to escape jury duty. When the charge is read break out laughing. Worked for me when I did that in a “smuggling a live bear across state lines” charge.

That's what I thought. While I am in no way racist, it is refreshing to hear someone speak the truth as to how they feel.
Maybe this is what Obama meant about "post racial"...we're all racists now.
To: pgkdan
Wonder what he would have to say if she makes it on the panel and refuses to find the Defendant guilty.
To: Red Badger
LOL! At least she's honest!.................
And it seems to be a crime these days.

Actually this is imprisonment for what you are thinking. I think Orwell called that “thought control”. Are we at war with Eurasia or Eastasia? I can’t remember.

“Jurors in America have been known to try to escape jury duty by providing outlandish answers to jury questionnaires.”
Spin.

That’s what I was thinking.

So this judge is punishing her for a thought crime?
To: samtheman
Exactly. What’s worse, an individual racist or institutional tyranny?
