Cain is critical of Obama’s decision to intervene in Libya without congressional approval. Asked whether he considers that an impeachable offense, Cain says: “I think it is. I also think it’s an impeachable offense to order your Justice Department not to enforce a law here in the United States, the Defense of Marriage Act. That is a breach of oath.”
He reminds me of the first Democrat President, Andrew Jackson, when he defied the constitutionally mandated separation of powers.
The Supreme Court ruled, in the case of Worcester vs. Georgia (1832), that the Cherokee Nation was sovereign, thus making the Indian Removal laws invalid. The decision, rendered by Justice John Marshall, declared the forced removal of the Cherokee Nation to be illegal, unconstitutional, and against treaties made. President Andrew Jackson, who had the executive responsibility of enforcement of the laws, stated, "John Marshall has made his decision; let him enforce it now if he can."The result of Jackson's criminal treachery was the "Trail of Tears" in which thousands died with devastating effects through the successive generations.
Like Jackson, Obama's infamous actions will be far reaching unless we can elect a man like Herman Cain to immediately begin reversing Obama's criminal treachery.

I agree with that. I believe that somehow he will be used to generate funds with the pretense of running. Then those funds will be used elsewhere.
