Congresswoman and tea party leader Michele Bachmann tells Newsmax she will flat-out refuse to support any budget bill that does not include the defunding of President Obama’s healthcare reform plan.
The Minnesota Republican, who is considering a run for president in 2012, also charges that Democrats are playing “political games” by seeking to shut down the government in the belief they would benefit politically.
And she declares that Obama has to “eat his words” uttered three years ago when he said a president has no power to take the same action the Obama administration has taken in Libya.
Democrats in the Senate have proposed $33 billion in spending cuts, while House Republicans want $61 billion in cuts. In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, Bachmann was asked whether $33 billion in cuts would be a deal-breaker for her.

This tactic to shut down the government was the same tactic the DemonRATs used in 1995 to turn public opinion against Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. The Republicans had control of the House and they wanted to limit funding of Medicare, education, public health and the environment in the new budget. They fought the DemonRATs for months to bring government spending down in a situation called gridlock. The stalemate caused the government to shut down and the public, influenced by the state owned media, favored Clinton and the DemonRATs. In fact, the politics surrounding the shutdown gave Clinton the reelection to a second term, with Bob Dole in defeat.
When a tactic works, the DemonRATs will use it again.
The Re-Founding Mothers will send the RINO'S and their master Ubama to the woodshed!

Most thinking Americans have Obama’s number. Rather than attacking the O, I like the way Donald Trump comes right out with the serious issues we face, and I like his solid solutions. The more I hear from Donald Trump, the better I like him. He aced The Factor tonight.

Which is why the Republicans are only asking for incremental cuts with every piece of legislation. The cuts are too small to void the legislation (along with all that juicy pork) and get the 'shutdown'. The Communists are very frustrated.
