Marin County, the affluent Bay Area community outside of San Francisco, is too white, says the Feds. According to data culled from the recent census, Marin County contains seven of the 10 whitest cities in the Bay Area. And to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), that’s a problem. According to the Bay Citizen:
The draft report, released Wednesday, came in response to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s determination that Marin had “failed to comply” with the 1964 Civil Rights Act and two other anti-discrimination statutes.
Marin’s Community Development Agency recommended amending zoning regulations to ease the construction of new apartments, passing new laws requiring new developments to offer housing at below-market rates, and stepping up programs to combat discrimination by landlords and realtors.
Chuck Hauptman, HUD’s Regional Director for Fair Housing, said officials were reviewing the plan “to see if it is acceptable as far as content goes.”

Abd besides, the “minorities” don’t want to associate. What ever happened to freedom of association? they think “white” stuff is boring so they go elsewhere. Me, I love being predictable and bored and hate “spontaneity.” My sister hates predictability and loves being spontaneous. Just the way it is.
I also read some time ago that SF was undergoing big time gentrification, running the blacks out to Richmond and Oakland.
But nary a cry from the Senators or Guv or Nancy Baby. Or the “free press”
Bring in Negroes, damn you, or we’ll sue you in Federal Court.
This country has absolutely gone to the dogs.
They should go to South LA and East LA and make them do something to get more Whites to move there.

Geez, I went to one restaurant in Colorado with little kids and was informed ‘no kids” It was a gay restaurant. They didn’t want to listen to kids cry.

The reason whites are in Marin County are that they want to be there with people like them, be it physical, economic or even political.
No one would ask why Pedro and Maria wanted to move to the Mission District in SF or the Canal District in that same county.
The issue is that Liberals must shoehorn people into areas to make their guilty conscious feel better. Instead of earning it, they will let HUD housing arrive, and just like every other city, San Rafael is now having major Latino gang problems.
It never ends and the Liberals will not be satisfied until the US resembles a cross between Riyadh/Mexico City/Mombassa.
When middle-class or upper middle class whites (and Asians) create order and success...many feel guilty for that and must destroy their own communities for “fairness”.
The disease is Liberalism, and it’s suicidal.
The fact is, most of the residents of Marin County believe in group rights over individual rights, in collective privileges over individual liberty. It’s the society they’ve worked so hard for.
Let them reap what they have sown.
I deeply and truly wish them the worst possible time from all this.
I think they need to move half of Oakland to Marin County. Problem solved.

It’s easy to be a limousine liberal when you don’t have to live with those ‘other people’. But when you vote (and no doubt give money) to the party that HATES your kind, you might just get results you don’t like.
Us conservatives should FRONT AND CENTER trying to bring ‘diversity’ to Marin County. We need to SHOVE IT IN THEIR FACE.
