Barry is a “Caucasian American”.....  at least 50% so via Kansas. Take a look at Eric Holder, Valerie Jarette, Lisa Jackson at EPA. I’m English-American, French-American, Dutch-American and German-American; all of which are minorities. For a person who is a combination of Inuit-American, African-American and Hispanic-American - they’d be only a triple-minority.

And if one wishes to parse it completely, one could refer to one's self as, say, "English-American", or "French-American", or "German-American", or "Italian-American", or "Portuguese-American", or "Vatican Cityite - American", or "Greek-American"...or such like.

You wouldn’t prefer that term if you knew that the Caucus people are not white and spawn terrorists that terrorize Russian civilians. Instead, use “European-American” or “Euro-American” or “Classic American”.

The good thing about "Caucasian American" is that it is an umbrella term--it doesn't force the observer to make a guess as to whether you are Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Circassian, or Ossetian.
