For 27 years, a heartbroken father turned victims' rights advocate penned hundreds of letters and newspaper articles, slamming the California judicial system that let his daughter's killer languish on death row with no execution date in sight.
All the while, his nemesis, serial killer Dean Carter, churned out missives of his own in a blog that decried San Quentin's slow mail service, cramped conditions and restrictive visitation policies while commenting on social issues such as elections, budget deficits, school violence and O.J. Simpson.

The scumbag killer has a blog. I just looked at it. His latest post is b1tching and moaning about the slowness of the mail.
I read it and I thought to myself, “why aren’t you dead?”
Prayers for this man. I cannot imagine the heartbreak he went through during his life... a nightmare. Justice was not given to him or his daughter during their lives... I do believe they are together again.
Governments are the enemies of the people. Period. Wake up.

Heck, this guy is into the 2nd generation since the crime. There is NO cause and effect. No one remembers the crime.

IMO any death row inmate should be put on an expedited schedule for appeals with a one year dead line (pun intended).

In TN they can set up easels and paint, have cable TV.
Victims get screwed by being victims, then they get screwed by having their tax dollars support these vermin from paying for cable tv to paying for the ENDLESS appeals.
