Too bad I can't get to Madison today, the Senate majority leader said the FleeBaggers are still in contempt and he may have the cops take them in to custody if they show up at the rally. I think he was just kidding when he said that on the radio yesterday, but would make for great tv if he went through with it.

On a larger note, the rally today will NOT be the largest, but will probably be reported as such. The FleeBaggersm the unions, and their allies have recruited some hippie organic farmers to drive their tractors to the Capitol building to make it look like more of a 'populist', French style revolt.

The only problem with the protest organizers strategy is that SPRING BREAK started yesterday at UW Madison. A lot of the 'useful idiots' they recruited are now down in Cancun or Panama City Beach Florida partying away. The campus is deserted and the 10's of thousands of resruits the unions relied on have left town. Will be interesting to see how may actually show up. If the tractors are driving AROUND the Capitol building, it means the streets are open. The day of the Tea Party counter protest (which I attended), the union thugs marched on the closed off streets around the capitol building while the Tea Party protest went on at the South entrance.

With the Japan earthquake, the unions will probably not even get much press. The FleeBaggers 15 minutes of fame are up, the world has moved on.

“Pro-labor demonstrators are preparing Saturday for what may be the largest rally yet at the state Capitol.”

This is what is wrong with today's propagandizing news! The protesters are paying these college kids to show up and protest! These college kids don't give a damn what the issues are, or even why they are out there protesting, only that they are making about $16.00 dollars an hour and probably in cash so they don't have to report it and pay taxes on the income!

This is like the Nazi Party holding a victory parade for the defenders of Berlin in 1945.

I imagine that the Unionistas will be grabbing every wino, doper and street urchin up off of State Street to help swell their numbers.

Just try to stay upwind of them.

” farmers on tractors,”

I was wonderin’ what kinda farmers would have a stake in this issue. Hippy farmers are probably bored this time of year. When does turnip planting season begin?

These guys may have a difficult time finding a mob to rent. Now that it is spring break, the young skulls full of mush are partying somewhere warm. The responsible students are either working or catching up on their studies.

Making the rounds on the net (and previously posted on FR)... but indulge my liberties in restating: What do you get when fourteen Democrat Senators go AWOL from their jobs in Wisconsin? You get (a chance of) fiscal responsibility... and a boatload of evidence that the (so-called) “Progressive” Left is prone to violence and thuggery if democracy “fails” by their side losing! Public Unions are just another version of the “protection racket”. (as we learn local Madison businesses have been threatend)... Democracy be dammed, if they lose an election!

Now we see the black comedy of “worker hero” Michael Moore (worth in the $50 million range), arrogantly holding up handcuffs on MSNBC to arrest the “rich” (slap ‘em on yourself pal!). Those like Moore (his ego only challenged by his girth) have spawned a new word: HYPERCRITE!

The (rusty) irony: Tea Party (aka: taxpayers) are the true revolutionaries, the (so-called) “Progressives” throwing tantrums and trashing the capitol, are the reactionaries, demanding status quo (aka: we get YOUR money). Folks... we couldn’t make this stuff up!!! Viva revolution!

I hope so. I did predict however that when the fleebaggers returned they would be treated like heroes, not the pondscum they really are.

Love to see all those fatcat hayseeds though, on their tractors bought with gubbermint subsidy money.

Where are they getting these farmers? There is no way any farmer with a brain would support the unions on this.

I am willing to bet that there is free beer and food at the rally to make sure all those radical 19 year olds from the university show up. It’s never too early to learn the “what’s in it for me” union philosophy.

With diesel fuel so expensive, this little tractorcade is going to hurt their wallets.

These protesters have burned up a lot of money traveling, eating, walking away from work(the few that have jobs).

By the way, tractors usually do not have plates and if they on on the highway around the capitol, ticket them.

They should be welcomed with a ticker-tape taser parade, and each given a bouquet of tear gas.

I agree with the other posters that this makes them look foolish and selfish, with the tragedy unfolding in Japan.

Yesterday on Chicago talk radio, the host called the Sheboygan Chamber of Commerce. There was supposed to be a massive protest by local high school students against Walker. They were following the calls by Michael Moore to walk out and protest. There were about a dozen kids there. The host talked with the “organizer.” He said he was expecting alot more kids after school got out. The host explained that it wouldn’t be a “walkout” if they did so after school was let out. LOL
