"...Palin as Secretary of Energy or Interior. Shell issue some frickin permits..."
Great point. Along with Bolton as Sec State, maybe Rudy Giuliani or Mark Levin as Attorney General, a few choice others for other key posts.
Y'know,...re-activate the Cabinet one more. And fill it with highly qualified people. Gee, what a concept...

we lose big time if either her or Palin are the nominee... both are light-weights..
I pray for her to be defeated in the primary.

I find it interesting that this article is from CNN, and unlike Palin, they didnt take one shot at her, not a single insult or negative inference. Very good point! Like Rush say's, the Left will TELL you who we should vote for....by trying to DESTROY them!

Bologna. I agree with Rush - the left will tell us who they fear, and is Palin.

ANd another point, Palin is the only one that has been TRUELY vetted by the press. She’s wounded, but many others would have been destroyed if they went through what she has! ANd they WILL be if they are our nominee.

Bachmann would make a great president.
A solid conservative candidate is what we’ve been waiting for.
I hope she jumps in.

And another point, Palin is the only one that has been TRULY vetted by the press. Shes wounded, but many others would have been destroyed if they went through what she has! And they WILL be if they are our nominee. Excellent point. And some other points that are pertinent: Palin has proven that she can handle the insane amounts of vitriol the MSM and the entertainment culture throw at her; she has been tempered by fire and made stronger. WHEREAS Bachmann hasn't faced remotely the vetting or the vitrol that Palin has. All the skeletons in Palin's closets have long been outed. But as for Bachmann, no one knows what skeletons await the discovery of a vicious press -- and no one knows Bachmann's ability to maintain grace under fire with that kind of attack from the national media and entertainment machine.
Palin is quite remarkable in her asbestos-like qualities. Perhaps Bachmann is too, but there is no way of telling because she has not faced the astronomically intense hostility and attack that Palin has. In fact, no other politician in my memory, not even Reagan or Nixon, has been so reviled and assaulted by the press and pop culture as Palin -- let alone stood strong and weathered it with confidence.

If you mean Pissant’s comment that Bachmann is a conservative (to the exclusion of everyone else, including Palin);...I get your point.
