You have to wonder if all of the manufacturing tooling for incandescent bulbs has been scrapped, yet.

I don’t understand why Bachman put those stipulations in her bill. Why didn’t she just write it so the CFL light bulb bill would be recinded for the simple reason that the government has no damn business outlawing our incandescent light bulbs.

CA outlawed the 100-watt effective 1/1/11 I believe.
