Ford did the right thing in pardoning Nixon. It helped heal the Nation and normally you do not want to see a President in jail.

What Nixon did so pales in comparison to the “felonies and treason” the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave has commmitted that I think an exception to the rule is in order.

Cool and I know that you mean what you say about Obama should be in jail. However just as many liberals think that Bush should be in jail. I believe during Clinton time many of us said he should be in jail. Bush I was said to have had critics who thought he should be in jail. Shall I go on. Reagan had millions that wanted him in jail. You cannot want a President in jail over political reasons or every President could end up behind the slammer for any reason that their detractors set up.

I voted twice for Nixon. It had nothing to do with his politics. It had to do with his obstruction of justice. I do think Clinton (whom I also voted for once) should have gone to prison, but for murder, not for any of the silly stuff the press covered.
