Paycheck mailed to Erpenbach
With the paychecks for Senate Democrats cut off until they return from their boycott, Sen. Jon Erpenbach got creative.
Erpenbach, D-Waunakee, appointed two of his staff members his power of attorney, which would allow them to collect his pay.
On Feb. 22, GOP leaders voted to require members pick up their paychecks in person on the Senate floor.
Erpenbach, who like his 13 Dem colleagues fled the state to stall a vote on the budget repair bill, is in Chicago.
Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald put the check in the mail instead of turning it over to the staffers.
"We confirmed with our attorneys and with the chief clerk that was proper," said Fitzgerald spokesman Andrew Welhouse.
Joh Erpenbach (FLEE-Waunakee) is the guy who told Greta he was living paycheck-to-paycheck and had been getting financial support from his mommy and daddy.
A typical freeloading commie ‘RAT. Always figuring out a way to beat the system. Throw his ass in jail.

Can’t toss him in jail, but they will drag his ass back after passing a resolution today declaring all 14 in contempt of the senate and authrorizing officers to use force (if necessary, probably will need to) to bring them back.
Ok, require the staffer to come to the voting chamber to pick up Erpenbach’s check, then declare that we have a QUORUM! Wouldn’t legal power of attorney permit the staffer to vote in Erpenbach’s stead? Any legal beagles here?

I’m so glad that these leaches have found a way to avoid all work and responsibility and still get paid. They are truly leaders in their cause. All the while, those who are fellow tax $ consumers cheer them on. This display is utterly discusting. How much longer is this going to go on before their hats are handed to them?
You good folks of Wisconsin have got to realize your fourteen Senate Democrat senators cannot return to Wisconsin to form a quorom in you state senate. The greedy, useless political “whores” that these Democrat vermin are, are bound & beholden to the criminals and goons that control “your” public service unions. No matter how upset you get with them they know they cannot even attempt to cross up these union thugs. It’s really quite simple. They along with their leader, anti-American, POTUS Obama have entered into a pact with the “Devil”. Now, the Devil will collect his due using fear and threats to keep his political cohorts in line!!! He had better hope he can trust this aide who has Power of Attorney. Otherwise he may find that his house and entire investment portfolio have been sold off, and that he’s voluntarily committed himself to an institution.
