Dingle is definitely a tyrant and sociopath, like many Leftists. But there are exeptions to the speech citizens can impose on each other and I think this is one of them. Once it becomes speech directed towards politicians, I think anything goes.
She NEVER thinks ahead of how the Left would use such a ruling against her “offensive” speech and tea party protestors.

What lacks common sense is the incorporation doctrine, not only was the whole propose of the “bill of rights” to limit the Federal government not the States.
The 1st amendment specifically spells out congress not just any legislator!
As if that wasn’t bad enough the same Federal employees in black-robes that overthrown the limits of the Federal Constitution, broke their own rules in inventing this doctrine. They had previously rejected this crazy unsupportable idea not once but twice.
It is perfectly reasonable for the Federal government to be prohibited by the 1st amendment in the broadest possible terms. The Federal Governments job is basically just foreign objects. They don’t deal with domestic issues and they were never suppose to.
It is NOT necessarily reasonable to apply them same broad restrictions to the States.
This incident is just the latest example of why.
Fair enough, LL. But it’s easy to see, with the Wisconsin fiasco, that pukes can easily put elected representaives in a strait jacket by exercising their own “freedom of speech” in a boisterous way. I’m embarrassed that the GOP has allowed their state capitol to become trashed by human garbage. Bob
