Prosecuting, convicting and imposing sentences on the buyers of the services is the only way to put a dent in the prostitution industry.

Prosecuting the pimps and prostitutes actually drives the market price of the “services” higher and thus entices more pimps and prostitutes to set up shop.

Same is true for drugs.

But no on wants to excessively prosecute “johns” and drug users.

So both industries continue to grow.

No one wants to prosecute the johns because so many of them are elites.

As far as drugs go, I have my own ideas about how to stop the drug trade. But no one likes my ideas.
