Probably correct. However, in Virginia the house and senate control the building. If one or the other, or both, tell the Capitol Police what to do, they do it. Maybe it is different in Wis.

The good news is that Tim Kaine is behind the DNC involvement here and that will kill his election to the US senate next year.

The guy was asked his opinion, given a rare opportunity to speak to a national audience and give his side, and instead he screams those two words over and over.

These morons just can’t help themselves. No wonder they live off of handouts from actual competent and productive citizens working in the private sector. That moron probably couldn’t keep a night-shift job at the Plaid Pantry, yet he’s probably set for life.

Gov. Walker is a solid pro-lifer and 2nd Amendment supporter. So much so, if the legislature sends him a bill for constitutional carry, he will sign it. In fact, constitutional carry is in the state republican platform for the first time and Gov. Walker says he will honor it.
