School board's motion to dismiss...denied!

"The controversy from Cinco de Mayo 2010 at Live Oak High School that spurred a federal civil rights lawsuit by the parents of three students who were asked to turn their American T-shirts inside-out or leave school is moving through the federal judicial system after Federal Judge James Ware issued his decision Thursday."

This means that the case will continue and the judge recognizes that it is a First Amendment issue, which the school denies.

Or as president Ego says, “Cinco de Quatro.” Seriously. He said that in a speech, being the “genius” he is.

Ironically, 5Mayo is a holiday made up by a Texas beer distributor.

Be like getting into a fight about arbor day or something.

What I wish the students had said:

“This is America and we’re not under any obligation to celebrate another country!”

Some schools are doing everything they can to show how much they are ashamed of being American for things that were done by Americans before they were born.

This multiculturalism has to end. It is cultural Marxism and designed to destroy our Republic.

You can’t denigrate your country to young children so they grow to disrespect it and therefore want to fundamentally transform it.

That is what is happening. The Cultural Marxism inserted into our schools in the 1930’s is erasing our history and replacing it with the glorification of all other cultures which were vastly inferior to the American culture and American ideas.

It creates cognitive dissonance in children. You are virtually lying to children to “protect feelings” instead of parting Objective Truth. Marxist hate logic and reasoning and deny Objective Truth because their ideology is weak and faulty and always loses in a rational debate. That is Political Correctness—to END debate. They can’t have the truth because it destroys their ideas.

It is why the homosexual lobby needs “hate speech” laws...To deny the freedom of speech......to destroy the logic of exposing their nihilism and lust and couching it in pretty loving terms to make their vulgarity of defiling the human body a “good”. It can never be considered a good according to Natural Law Theory and God’s Laws—the foundation of our Nation which is being thrown out of our educational system. To be replaced by groupthink and irrational Postmodern German Philosophy.

Ideas matter above all things. The ideology your children acquire and being fed through the public schools and media is beyond sick and nihilism. It will create state-dependent dysfunctional people who have no moral base.

I was not real pleased to read this:

“educational equity and the democratic pillar it provides could crumble.”

The Democrat Pillar provided by Educational Equity?

Penumbras and Emanations!

“Cinco de Mayo” is not an American holiday. It’s a “holiday” created by a beer company to sell more beer. Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, could the “school” pukes explain to me why American kids can’t wear American flags to a “school” subsidized with American taxpayer dollars.

Totally an American Holiday.

I’ve been to Mexico 1 or twice a year for the last 6 years and no one celebrates it, ever.

In fact, I was in Mexico two years ago during that fraud Pandemic Flu and over a period of 11 days I never saw anything about Cinco de Mayo.

President Corpseman revealed himself long ago to be one of the stupidest geniuses ever to occupy his office.

Comedian Chris Fonseca: “I am Mexican, but I never celebrate Cinco de Mayo, because I think white people invented Cinco de Mayo, that way they can get all us Mexicans out to the park...they could break into OUR houses, and steal all their stuff back.”

Or as president Ego says, “Cinco de Quatro.”

There you go again, attacking our POTUS!
Lissen up, it IS "Cinco de Cuatro,"
in both Swahili and Indonesian. It is related to the common Hawaiian phrase for 4 Hispanics in quicksand.

Cuatro Sinko

Our Fearless Reader knows this because he was born in Hawaii.
