CNN: Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Missouri) suggested it is time for a government watchdog group to focus its energy strictly on civility. Cleaver is the new chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus.
"It would be a good idea if some of these watchdog groups, if there would emerge a 'civility watchdog group,'" Rep. Cleaver suggested.
"They would somehow rank us on the basis of our civility because nothing is going to be done here, with all the major issues facing us, until we become more civil," said Cleaver.

Should be burn crosses on the lawns of the uncivil?
EFFFFFFFFFF YOU Cleaver.
how is that for civility
You can’t take my right to speak and you cant take my right to protect myself....leave my constitution alone...move to Egypt or somewhere where the Army is now in charge, not America.
Waaahh, wahhh, the Republicans aren’t bending over anymore and doing everything we demand, so we need to call for more civility while at the same time accusing Republicans of everything!
House Republicans: How about pulling out some real stops and axing your own health program, your own retirement program and leading the way in showing America how the federal government is serious about downsizing.
Oh, right, it’s bad when NPR steals the public’s money, but it’s just fine for you guys to do it. All should be arrested for embezzlement of public funds.
” THE BEATINGS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE IMPROVES.”
can the GOP please get some balls and call them what they are and tell them that if they want communism or socialism then say it instead of trying to push these far left bills through but in the same time call thsmevles Democrats
If they’re proud of these communist bills then say you’re a communist
Now will the GOP say this?
I won’t hold my breath
a watchdog group?... darn, I was hoping for a blue-ribbon committee. Shucks.
Well, at least the left half of the bell curve in this guy’s congressional district is well represented.
Cleaver’s Thought Police.
Charming.
Yes. Black on black, and black on white crime has gotten out of hand. Something needs to be done.
I believe it was Cleaver who went out of his way to confront a Tea Party member last March during the Kill The Bill rally. The protester, exercising his right to free speech, was chanting “Kill the bill” when Cleaver approached him. The protestor continued his chant undaunted by Cleavers presence. Next, Cleaver took out a handkerchief (for the cameras) and claimed that he was spit upon. A closer look at videos showed no such thing. But even if Cleaver received some spit it was his own fault for getting in the face of the protester and attempting to humiliate him. It was Cleaver who was the uncivil aggressor and tried to intimidate a law abiding citizen.
Hey Cleaver you can start in Wisconsin with your union thug buddies.
Seriously?!
OK, let’s start with the Democrats.
In yesterday’s labor union rally at the Capitol in Wisconsin, someone was holding up a poster with a pic of Gov Scott Walker. A Hitleresque mustache was drawn on his face.
Rep. Cleaver, perhaps your own party ought to clean up their act first!
F**k you cleaver.
LLS
Guess he hasn’t seen the “civil” signs and placards in Madison, WI???
Oh, like black crime? Moron Libtard.
Hey, Cleaver, use these guys (they’re terribly concerned about making sure that people aren’t even thirsty - they’ll make good watchdogs: http://www.traileraddict.com/clip/300/thirsty
Ok then let’s nominate Michael Vick to head up this “watchdog” group.
Yeah, Cleaver that is a clever idea. Watchdog groups to watch for people being uncivil. I got a better idea why don’t we go into the schools and tell the kids they have to turn in their parents if they are uncivil, how’s that for an idea? What? Been done before? In Germany? Who knew?
