A classified document obtained by FRANCE 24 suggests the United Nations knew about organ trafficking in postwar Kosovo as early as 2003, five years before prosecutors in The Hague first raised the issue.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon was expected to deliver a report on the situation in Kosovo to the Security Council in New York on Wednesday, reaffirming UN support for investigations into human organ trafficking during Kosovo’s postwar period.
But a classified document obtained by FRANCE 24 indicates the UN knew of trafficking well before the issue was first raised by Carla del Ponte, a former prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, in her memoirs published in 2008.
CLICK HERE TO SEE THE CONFIDENTIAL UN DOCUMENT The report, dating from 2003, is an incomplete compilation of investigations carried out by UNMIK, the UN mission in Kosovo. It describes organ trafficking that took place from 1999 to 2000, immediately after Kosovo's NATO-backed independence war.
The document, also obtained by the Italian news agency TMnews, details how senior commanders of the guerilla Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) obtained and trafficked organs out of Kosovo and Albania.
The alleged victims were mostly Serbian men, but also included young women from other Eastern European countries. They were taken to clandestine detention centres and private homes in Albania where their vital organs were extracted, leading to their death, the report says.
The classified document also describes cases of torture, execution and burial of Serbs as retribution for crimes committed against ethnic Albanians.
Withholding information?
The 2003 document has never been presented to the European Union’s police and justice mission in Kosovo (EULEX), which is in charge of investigating crimes committed during the war.
The first public allegations of organ trafficking by del Ponte gained little notice. But a report commissioned by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) – a prominent European human rights body – and authored by Swiss lawmaker Dick Marty in late 2010 gained much more attention.
At the time these crimes were allegedly happening, tens of thousands of troops were deployed in Kosovo by the UN, as well as the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and NATO, to ensure the security of civilians.

EULEX said in October it had charged five people, including doctors and a former senior health ministry official, for trafficking in human organs, organised crime, unlawful medical activities and abusing official authority.
Marty specifically named Thaci, one of the KLA leaders during the conflict with Serb security forces in 1998-1999, in his report.
Thaci, he said, was "the boss" of the Drenica Group, a "small but inestimably powerful group of KLA personalities" who took control of organised crime in the region from at least 1998.

First I have watched this a long time and am convinced that the defenders of the KLA and Thaci on this issue know better, but are practising "dis-information" for the Muslim regime in Kosovo. The kind of "dis-information" that was practiced at the time of the Balkans War by the Croats and the Muslims. They won the Balkans War by that method. Lies.
Of course not! I actually appreciate fact checking and feedback, as I occasionally make mistakes, transpose digits, improperly co-relate UN and NATO and when referring to "Fort" anything, get the one nearby, but not the one I meant.
I also agree that accuracy is of utmost importance. The left, MSM, and Islamicists thrive on inaccuracy and created inaccurate public perception, the living examples of Goebbels law.

What does BJ Clinton say?
Somebody over at Balkan blog sent me the link to this PDF file yesterday. I haven't had a chance to read it all and analyze it, but it appears to be an authentic report to KFOR, US and NATO from 2004. It isn't directly about the organ trafficking, it is however background on the kind of thugs we are dealing with in Kosovo and who and what their linkages are to other countries, to Islamic orgs and to organized crime.
We knew full well what we were dealing with -- as Texas Fossil said -- we've been propagandized with lies.
We had to guard a small village of serbs and stand outside their church during services to protect them from the ethnic Albanian.
I had and have nothing but sympathy for the Serbs, it was they who were being ethnically cleansed
Ammanpour did her propaganda standing on that border with Albania and she never once told the facts of how the Serbs went in because it was to protect the Serbs.
Amanpour made her entire career on whipping up hatred toward the Serbs. That witch has more blood on her hands than al qaeda does. No one seemed to notice that she was born in Iran and was married to Clinton press secretary Jamie Rubin, making her the perfect propagandist. To this day, I can't stand looking at her.

A few years ago, Julia Gorin talked about an officer returning from Kosovo who refused to wear his bars denoting his service in Kosovo for exactly the reasons you are talking about. It broke his heart, because he was long serving military.
I knew for sure that something was really, really wrong in Kosovo in 2000. We were in Greece and met a New Zealander on leave from the UN Judicial Mission in Kosovo -- he was a sweet man who burst into tears when he talked about Kosovo, pleading, "I didn't know. I didn't sign up for this. I really didn't know!" We hadn't argued or given him the least bit of a hard time about it; we had only mentioned the fact that Greeks gave us an extra discount on things when they saw our Montenegrin Serb last name. And from that point on this poor man started begging for our forgiveness for what he was doing. I knew that it was rough, this was less than a year after the NATO Bombing, but I had no idea how bad it was for Kosovo Serbs at that point. In fact, hundreds of thousands of them had fled or been driven out, and a substantial number had been murdered with impunity, but there was virtually nothing about it in the news back then.

The "decree" in Clinton's hand has the date that the NATO Bombing of Yugo began, just before the Albanians started gutting Serbs to sell their organs. Doesn't it just make us all proud?/s
You aren't alone in this whole thing "making you ill" -- it's what even the idea of this organ-trafficking does to a normal person -- further proving that anyone who would do such a thing or defend it, isn't normal at all.
The fact of the matter is “journalists” are part of the military machine. They are the tip of the spear for ALL military operations for global and domestic political interests.
Truth is the first victim in any such situation. “Journalists” make sure all information is used to further the military/political interests they are assigned to defend. Sure they will argue but that's all show. The end must be reached by whatever means necessary. Heritage does not matter, truth does not matter, ethnicity does not matter, religion does not matter, justice does not matter.....everything is for sale.
In the end, I always remind people that there is a judge who is not on the UN, NATO payroll. Truth will win. Have faith in Him and there isn't a court in the world that will be able to imprison your soul. Injustice will become justice and all the things that evil men do will be revealed for all to see.

I'm laughing myself silly now. Yep, he was probably one of those donkey jockey drugsNguns mules back in the day, and that's how he got rewarded with his fancy outfit. When we got there we started to see how we was lied to , how it was the Serbs under attack in their homeland.
It's still like this today and what did we do?
We helped to ethnic cleanse them from their homeland, helped radicals take over an area and ruined a country as well as killing so many .
