While much is made of his fiscal abilities, he is definitely not a man I would like to see as POTUS. Love his style, his direct manner, but he is a social liberal. No thanks.
Good grief. Thanks...I think. I’ll take a look at all you suggested.
You should have seen the speech - he kicked a@@
Or one that cares enough about his wife and family to not put them in the world spotlight and subject them to the inevitable scrutiny and abuse that first families endure?
New Jersey is not in New England.
Considering its liberal politics - it might just as well be.
But even a number of New England States - Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine - still recognize the Second Amendment.
New Jersey does not, and Mr. Christie won’t change that - he doesn;t either.
I was thinking more about in his own words sources. The news clips and scary websites kind of serve as either informational about him or propaganda against him, but on the issues, I would be interested in his own words.
Hopefully he doesn’t join anyone’s ticket.
I doubt he’d be someone’s VP. I’m SURE he wouldn’t be Palin’s veep.
lol
He said the Ground Zero Mosque was “a local issue” and refused to comment.
As to a lot of other things, you just have to put 2 and 2 together. He appointed an anti-Seocnd Amendment Democrat Paula Dow as his AG. Since she took over, NJ now requires any purchases of DCM firearms to go through the dwindling number of New Jersey Gun stores instead of the registered gun clubs as before. A persecution, not prosecution, of a large gun dealership, Sarco’s has been reignited.
As far as the sources are concerned, he DID nominate that Sohail Mohammad to a Superior Court Judgeship. You can google the guy’s name and found out more about him. Its BAD.
Christie, when running for office, stated illegal aliens were not criminals for being here.
Christie also was the ONLY high ranking GOP official to attend Obama’s dinner with “President” Hu of Red China - the others refused to do so.
I think these are all action alerts for anyone not wanting another RINO elected to higher office.
Christie is doing a good job cleaning the Augean Stables of New Jesey’s Civil Service Pension and salary mess. But that doesn’t necessarily make him Presidential Material.

You’re assuming then that all the great patriots who did so did not care then about their wives and families?
And all the patriots who served in wars and made other sacrifices, and asked their wives and families to also make sacrifices for sake of this nation - do you assume they also did not care about them, did not have the right priorities?
Nonsense. If the man thinks it would be best for the country to become President, he runs. If he let’s his wife be a dream killer, or let’s his wife define him or intimidate him into letting someone less qualified lead our country, then I’d look around for a real leader.
If, as someone suggested, this is just a little ploy, trick phrase or technique to garner favor with either men or women voters, I have to wonder what kind of leader needs to rely on such stuff.
Shouldn’t someone notify the Secret Service?
No I’m not, you’re assuming that I am.
Didn’t say it was! I said no New England Rino’s in 2012. Christie maybe a fiscal conservative but he is a typical New England Rino in every other area. I am not saying he is from New England, but that he carries the mentality.
