Because he is ineligible, and he knows he is ineligible, so he knows he willingly is committing massive fraud. Every dime that had to be spent on his and his wife's exorbitant vacations should be made to be repaid by him (or, his main backer George Soros). Since the government doesn't allow bankruptcy to affect what they say you owe the government, Obama should live out his life a very poor and humbled man.

In truth, Birthers and the people who feared “creeping totalitarianism” in the 1990’s have been justified by Obama’s radical policies and actions. McLachlan and his camp are the freaks.

The problem is public confusion on the subject.

Caused by the Legal “weasel speak” used to blur the meaning of the words in the Constitutional requirements, and by the fixation on where he was born.

Facts:

1. No proof of birth place

2. No valid birth document

3. No proof of who his father actually is.

4. His life story is a fabrication......

Thanks, but I’ll pass on that. I don’t pick my friends by their political slants. I’m not interested in living in a groupthink bubble. I’m strong enough to make my own mind up about things, and I give others the latitude to do the same. People as conservative (or more so) as me make up perhaps 20% of the population. I’m not cutting 80% of the country out of my possible circle of friends.

We have no documentary evidence that Obama was not eligible to run for president. There are other possible reasons for Obama’s record hiding.

I hope you agree that Obama may have committed criminal acts of some type related to either his birth status, his name, his parentage, or his financial support for schooling, or something else I haven’t though about.

Obama is innocent until proven guilty. And I hope if Obama is guilty, it is proven so and he is removed from office ASAP.

Add to that,

• No proof of renaturalization on his return from Indonesia, where he was adopted and naturalized a Moslem, Indonesian citizen by his stepfather
  
• No proof that he turned in all his Indonesian citizenship papers and passports
• No college paperwork showing he claimed U.S. citizenship while in college and did not apply for student assistance as a foreign national.

Reasonable requests for documentation that any President should be able to supply by 5 o'clock, to clear up valid and reasonable questions about his eligibility to the Presidency.

I had to retrieve documents and forward them while I was subject to a background investigation in the Navy, for classified clearances. The Pres_ent should be just as liable as I was, to produce the wanted information.

What????? There is so much evdience to the contrary, and megatons of circumstantial evidence as well. Innocent? What a freaking strange way to put it. And personally, I cannot stand socializing with people who are leftists, no matter how you cut it, unless they are relatives and I have to (which is thankfully not often since they live a continent width away).

The only reason there is (as you say) "no documentary evidence that 0bama was not eligible for president" is because he's hidden everything. Which in itself is circumstantial evidence.

BUT - you are wrong. There IS evidence - his Kenyan father.

To each his own, but I'm more selective than you are about who I choose to be friends with.

I'm afraid that I'm unwilling to befriend those who are left wing in their politics. Those who hew to the left in their politics, have a worldview that is fundamentally at odds with mine, which means that one of us will have to compromise with their personal convictions, if we're to be friends. I'll tell you right now, that it won't be me.

Compromising with our principles is what got us where we are today. No thanks. It's time to knock off that suicidal behavior, if we're to survive as a nation.

Being president isn't a right. It is a privilege. Part of the privilege is being eligible.

Using your reasoning, everyone should be given a driver's license until proven guilty.

All children of any age should play Little League until proven guilty.

Any little girl from anywhere in the world should be allowed to compete on the U.S. Olympic gymnastic team until proven guilty.

Hm?...Now that I think about it, kids in Little League, the little “tweens” in their cute spandex unitards on the gymnastic Olympic team, and every driver with a valid license is better vetted for their privilege than Obama is to be president.
