You are also right that the eligibility thing is going mainstream. I was wrong about that (and I’m glad I was wrong).

It seems to me that the same phenomenon that causes people to believe propaganda, is also at work here. By that, I mean that the subject refuses to die, no matter how hard liberals try to squelch it. It continues to rear its head in serious conversations across the nation, which means that the un-engaged, and uninformed are continuing to hear about it.

In the "A = A" minds of most people, if they hear about something long enough and often enough, there must be something to it. The repetition alone creates a sense of reality. In this particular case, that's a good thing.

I’m looking forward to the tea parties this spring/summer in Denver. I’ll be driving down to participate.

I'm hoping to do my part in as many Tea Party rallies as possible this spring and summer. I'm in the Dallas area, and there will likely be lots of them here.
