Police chiefs have come under fire today for flying the rainbow flag for lesbians, gays and bisexuals outside its police stations - when they are forbidden to display the Union Jack.

What is wrong with English men? If this happened in my neighborhood or city, I would simply gather up my fellow vets and hoist a flag of our own on the premises—or as close as they would permit us to get. Hmm.. Well I do rather like Jeremy Clarkson ;)
Your Union jack is incorrect. The correct dimensions and the correct offsets for the red and white diagonals are explained here. The flag is not symmetrical about either the horizontal or vertical center lines.
