So what are ISSA’s options?

He can impeach Obama, but it would take the Democrat controlled Senate to convict.

What’s the process for holding Obama’s underlings in contempt of the House? Is that something that the House can do by itself?

Holy crap!

It's Bushes Fault!

But instead of asking Napolitano to testify – a tact that would certainly provide the GOP with the Issa versus Obama drama that many in D.C. crave – Issa is going after smaller fish. He has asked Napolitano’s chief of staff, deputy chief of staff, the chief of staff to the general counsel, Callahan and top FOIA officials to speak to the committee behind closed doors on Capitol Hill. DHS aides would not comment on whether those aides would be made available for interviews.

As DHS sought to brush back on Issa’s claim, they’ve taken to a tried-and-true Democratic tactic: blaming the Bush administration.

WAIT Maybe I read it wrong let me go back and read it again! It can't be!

While you’re at it....call up the Sebelius and Salazar over the respective contempt-of-court and potential contempt-of-court actions.
