The nation’s capital is freaking out over a winter snowstorm.

But everyone else should be up in arms over the real snow job in Washington this week.

While the Democrats continued to extol Obamacare and the president defended the behemoth law during the Date of the Union, HHS was quietly presiding over a massive Obamacare Waiver-mania explosion.

When last we examined the growing list, privileged escapees topped 222.

Now: The list is at 729 — plus 4 states (Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, and Tennesse).

Among the many new union refugees are x new SEIU locals :

-SEIU Health and Welfare fund, 2000 with 161 enrollees

There has to be a point where there are so many waivers that the balance of power between the Executive and Legislative branches has been breached (in other words, a monarchy - rather than a system of laws) - perhaps a lawsuit here?

If Americans are going to have this Obamacare bull**** rammed down their throats, EVERYBODY SHOULD HAVE TO SWALLOW THIS CRAP. NO WAIVERS! None!

WoW!!! The last I heard, the amount of OBAMACARE waivers was hovering around 220; now it's 729? Okay, I have to ask. WTF?!?

On a side note. . . does anybody know when Obama will unleash his brand spanking new 16,000 member IRS Panzer Division on us to enforce this wonderful 'law of laws' against us? If all these waivers continue, I'm wondering who will be left to arrest and throw in prison. Seriously. . .

Hooray for Ohio!

I'm now exempt from Obamacare!

Sorry for the rest of the USA.....

Now I won't be able to file a "14th Amendment" complaint that the Equal Protection Clause is violated.

So maybe that’s what they are doing. Get us all p.o.’d, and demanding we all participate, NO WAIVERS for anybody, and then they turn around and say “SEE!!! The people really want it”.

I wouldn’t put it past them.

I don't know for sure, but I will wager that it it the state and its employees that are exempt. If you do not work for the state, you are still on the hook. I welcome any corrections to this.

Damn near sounds like he wants it repealed. As long as he isn’t the one doing it.

If you read the list it shows companies as small a 4 people, but it also is a long long list of unions and DemocRAT nonprofits.

This is a total joke. It’s totally lawsuit material. I want to see somebody get a total count of the people ‘waivered’ out and compare that figure to the number supposedly needing insurance — the ~30 million group “justifying” this abomination.

Obama and the democrats don’t want to see Obama-Kare killed.

But republicans are determined to undo it.

They could compromise and issue a blanket waiver to everyone in America.

That way the democrats don’t lose face and the country doesn’t go bankrupt.

Confidential to Michelle: find someone who has been denied a waiver, that’s where the real story will be.

If this is such wonderful health care, why aren't senate and congress critters clamoring to get on board, along with our leader?
I would love to see this question put to Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Obama. Fat chance that it would ever happen!
