U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson ruled that the court lacked jurisdiction.

Ventura claimed his titanium hip implant in 2008 sets off metal detectors and that prior agents used hand-held wands. His suit followed a body pat-down after an airport metal detector went off in November 2010.

Lacked jurisdiction? I hope Jesse can appeal that.
