Washington Post Organizes News Boycott of Sarah Palin; Starts Twitter Campaign Against GOP Star

The Washington Post is engaging in online political activism by encouraging its readers to boycott news coverage of Sarah Palin.

The Post has picked up the call initiated this morning by Post columnist Dana Milbank, adding a Twitter link on the column page. The link generates a message to be sent from a Twitter member’s page that reads, “I’m making February a Palin-free month. Will you join me?”

The Post added the Twitter link to Milbank’s column this afternoon, several hours after running and pulling a Washington Post online poll about boycotting Sarah Palin news coverage. The poll initially accompanied The Post’s Milbank op-ed but was pulled within hours of publication at WashingtonPost.com.

I’ll bet Palin is happy about that, no more lies printed about her and the 12 readers the paper has can boycott it..

If only it were true. These guys are like alcoholics and dope fiends. They can’t help themselves. It will be “A shave and a haircut- two bits” by February 3rd.

Let them boycott Sarah Palin! Who gives a crap about that rag the Washington Post?

All they report are lies and insults about Sarah and her family anyway. The Post would be doing their readers a favor by not telling lies about the Palins anymore.

Will they cover the story if someone shoots Palin, which is what many of them seem to wish for?

Palin doesn’t write her own stories, so whose fault is it if she’s overexposed? For example, Palin didn’t interject herself into the Tuscon shooting story, the media and the Dems did.

Shouldn’t the Washington Post get back to defrauding the US government with it’s so-called “for profit” college education? For profit education is fine, but only so long as you’re not using US tax dollars.

I will campaign against any RINO who is shilling for Kaplan Inc and the Washington Post.

“I’m betting this petty attempt fails within a week.”

It will have a half life of a week or two at most, just like the leftist attempt to boycott Arizona, which ironically has now become sympathy central for the Left after they tried to exploit the senseless shooting tradgedy there.

“As biased as the Post is, I can’t seen even its management endorsing something so obviously biased. The Post organization will be disassociating itself from this very soon. But it does clearly indicate the bias of much of the organization.”

I know a guy who works for WaPo. He openly acknowledges that it’s an extremly biased and worthless rag, but the paycheck is good.

...ah... WAPO... ya know, she’s not REALLY a grizzly. Roll over and play dead for a month if you feel so inclined, but she’s still going to be there come March.

Actually, I like this boycott idea.

They should print ‘Palin Free’ bumper stickers to remind us not to think about her when stuck in traffic during our $4/gal commute to work when we may be tempted to contemplate which potential candidates offer real ‘alternatives’ to Green Suicide.

They should take all their ‘Che’ T-shirts in to get the new ‘Palin Free’ circle slash logo printed on the backside to remind us not to think about her silly talk of Freedom when we’re in big cities surrounded by communist romanticists.

They should make yard signs and billboards to remind us not to think about her as we travel the rest of the country wondering who most values these private properties and free expressions of political thought.

They should create the ‘Palin Free’ segment on the evening news to remind us not to think about her Freedom and growth oriented ideas while considering the miserable state of the nation under the current system of arrogantly benevolent dictatorship.

They should make ‘Palin Free’ documentaries for when we wish to more seriously remember not to think about her.

They should make ‘Palin Free’ commercials to remind us not to think about her when we’re fetching more beer and football snacks.

Michelle “the grizzly wife” Obama should lecture us about eating ‘Palin Free’ meals.

That will teach her.

And make MSM coverage more fairly balanced for Obama during Black History Month.

Then, come March the 1st, we can buy all their leftover gear, slap a big red ‘D’ on the end and start celebrating:

“PALIN FREED” month.

“They live for Palin.”

Yes, what else are they going to cover if they’re not busy constantly attacking her? Persistenly high unemployment? Declining home prices? Guantanamo? The ongoing wars? Our skyrocketing national debt? If not for Palin, WaPo might have to report on some real news.

This is like a group of compulsive public masturbators suddenly deciding it’s wrong and announcing they’re not going to do it anymore.

Good luck, losers.

“...group of compulsive public masturbators...”

They are only behaving so insensitively because she’s sooooo good that she got them to shoot their anti-Palin 2012 wad in an embarrassingly premature and glaringly immature manner. And their out of cigs.

They’ll still love her -or at least stories deriding her- and will still be in the bed when morning comes... so to speak.

She should post on Twitter or Facebook once a day for the whole month and see how long it lasts. They won’t be able to contain themselves.

I agree.

Sarah should host “FREE PALIN” sessions all during “Palin Free” month.

And, if she pretends that she thinks that’s what this WAPO desired for “Palin Free” month - more free access to Palin propaganda - then there is absolutely no force on earth that could stop them from reporting about her stupidity in failing to recognize their malignancy.

At which point she very publicly agrees that they are malignant and that she (and we) should trust them much less as we move into an extremely crucial election season. And that her mistaken placement of trust in the Fourth Estate was not “stupid”. Assuming she/we learn from it. And strive not to repeat it. And warn others regarding it.

That can be “FREE PALIN”’s topic of the day on February 2nd, after the boycott ends with their unstoppable boasts of Malice’s victory about 3:00pm on day one.
