Washington Post Organizes News Boycott of Sarah Palin; Starts Twitter Campaign Against GOP Star

The Washington Post is engaging in online political activism by encouraging its readers to boycott news coverage of Sarah Palin.

The Post has picked up the call initiated this morning by Post columnist Dana Milbank, adding a Twitter link on the column page. The link generates a message to be sent from a Twitter member’s page that reads, “I’m making February a Palin-free month. Will you join me?”

The Post added the Twitter link to Milbank’s column this afternoon, several hours after running and pulling a Washington Post online poll about boycotting Sarah Palin news coverage. The poll initially accompanied The Post’s Milbank op-ed but was pulled within hours of publication at WashingtonPost.com.

LOL...and now every conservative group in the country that has any imagination should invite her to speak at their forums to outline her vision for leadership in the USA. Make this “Sarah Speaks Month,” so that the WashCompost will be left out of the news loop. Their bias should be exposed and ridiculed.

So let me get this straight... a newspaper, and I use the term loosely, wants its readers to ignore news of a rising political star?

Scratching my head over that one. No wonder the Post continues to tank.

Boycotting one’s self shouldn’t be too hard.

Or not reporting, in this case. Which is itself a bias. A fact that is totally lost on these ass clowns.

Actually, this is genius. The MSM, which is bashing her, is going to shut up and the rest of us can go along with our blogs and alternative news sources unfettered. The people who care about Sarah don’t give credence to the rags anyway.

This is so utterly ludicrous -- but VERY helpful to Governor Palin, as now there will be NO negative press commentary, she is FREE to express herself and have no intentional misinterpretation from The Other Side for at least 30 days.

LOL

These people are idiots.

They just can’t help themselves, so now they’re organizing some MSM twelve step program? This is so emblematic of the left, “this needs to stop before we do it again.”
