Sergio Hernandez Guereca, 15, was pelting U.S. agents with rocks from the Mexican side of the Rio Grande river Well there you go.
I hope his death serves a purpose.
Don't chunk rocks at the Gringo Policias.

Any judge who entertains this lawsuit should be taken out.
Any jury that awards money in this case should be taken out.

I don’t feel sorry for this family. They reap what they sow. If we can sue across the border, then let’s sue their asses to the barn door....recoup all the money we have spent on capturing and processing illegal aliens.

I can see the feds going for an out of court “settlement” for $24,999,999.99. It’s not their money.

Holder will probably offer them assistance /s If they are going to sue the government now is the time to do it. They will never again find a friendlier adversary.
We should have long ago sued the Mexican government for not doing anything to stop the crossings. Although, I frankly don't know what they could have done. They lost control of the country years ago.

"Hilliard said that since the gunman was a U.S. federal agent firing from U.S. soil, and the bullet traveled into another country and killed a person, jurisdiction will also be a major issue in this case"Not so fast Hilly..
That kid was on the fence when he was allegedly shot by this "unnamed agent". That put's the victim on our side. If he retreated south after that, he could be charged with bullet theft.

So the gov’t settles for one cent on the dollar ($250k) and thinks it’s getting a bargain...which is what the Mexicans expect.
To: epithermal
But Bob Hilliard, attorney for the Mexican family... Bob Hilliard equals Ambulance Chaser and an embarrassment to the legal profession, if that's possible.
