TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) – Jared Lee Loughner is described as a loner. By all accounts, he stayed away from just about everyone, including his own neighbors. But, at Mountain View High School, it seems things were just a little bit different.
"He was a very nice kid. He was very, very intelligent. He would help me out with like my math and that's how it started off," explained Ashley Figueroa. She told KGUN9 she dated Jared Lee Loughner in high school.
"He just seemed like one of those kids who kind of kept to himself. He was very, very quiet. I kind of made the effort to talk to him because he kind of kept to himself. He was actually a really nice kid when it came to it…we started dating when I just turned 15," added Figueroa.

And, then, another revelation, "I know he smoked marijuana. I know he did some hallucinogens, that's what kind of turned me off as well because I wasn't into that kind of thing," said Figueroa. "Do you know what kind of hallucinogens he was doing?" "Mushrooms."
Ashley told us Jared became scary sometimes, "What was Jared like as a boyfriend when you did start dating?" KGUN9 asked. "He was overall, he was good. But, he had a temper problem. He used to scare me sometimes and that's why I left him. He kind of made me feel uncomfortable at times. He'd get really mad, clench his fist and then throw a kind of little tantrum; he'd flail his arms and walk off," added Figueroa.

KGUN? Well, there’s the problem! The kid was raise in an atmosphere of hate and death. The gummint needs to take away all call-signs of that sort.

Sorry, it’s lost on me. There’s nothing in the world wrong with her makeup, except possibly a little too much base on her forehead. And that’s probably to cover up acne.
Yeah, I’m sure there was no potential downside of the young woman spurning his attention.

The video interview is edited. In the section titled “Jared and Politics” the interviewer asks what kind of things would set him off, and she answered “the government, or basically anything to do with the government” (I’m paraphrasing). The video and audio then abruptly cuts off as she starts to say something else, and the video switches to Loughner’s mug shot. The audio then cuts back in and she is saying he thought the government is crap. Something ended up on the cutting room floor and I want to know what it is.
In my opinion they are trying to paint him as an anti-gov type without being more specific. Remember that at the time they were dating, George Bush was the president. I wonder if she said something about Bush, or something that would paint him as a lefty?
He helped her with her math? He was taking a “math for dummies” class at the local community college. Talk about the blind leading the blind.
Something dishonest and devious has been done with this video. The audio and video jump at 3:36. We need to get on this, as something has been edited out. Tge left will be all over this interview today. I don’t have then time to do it, but maybe somebody else here has the time. I would really like to find out what went missing. A copy of this poor editing job need to be saved before it can be cleaned up.

Please post your picture so we can comment on your appearance. I see nothing wrong with her. She is probably a lot nicer than 99.9 % of the “beautiful” Hollywood females.
I noticed the anti-govt part of the article. (I did not view the video.) It's important to remember that other groups, such as anarchists, have anti-government beliefs. Other articles have described Loughner's beliefs as nihilist, so I wouldn't be surprised if he also has anarchist beliefs.

Not for nuthin’, but you cannot get much more anti government than taking shots, point blank, at a Congressman.
