Loughner's alleged killing of Roll may only be a crime under federal law if Roll was on business and not merely stopping by to say hi to a friend.

Given what we have seen of the people in that county I would say it won’t be long before one of the college students is writing an ode to jared and he will be referred to as a political prisoner, much as Ayers referred to Sirhan Sirhan.
All of the charges are being undercut with all of this talk about how he was a crazed lunatic. He’s going to plead insanity and the media is making his case for him.
You would think that someone with a Harvard law degree would know better. Oh well. Obviously, the prosecution’s case against Loughner takes a back seat to Obama’s campaign rally.
I think the press has already shot down this case, EVERYONE in saying the jerk is off, crazy, deranged, say it enough and it will come back to haunt them.........Fact is, the jerk is just mean, full of hate.
