MR. RUSSERT: Let me talk about some of the things you have said about the Republicans. Here's Howard Dean in January: "I hate the Republicans and everything they stand for..."

Howard Dean in February: "This is a struggle between good and evil and we're the good"

Do you really hate Republicans? Do you consider them evil?

Advertise | AdChoicesDR. DEAN: I don't--well, actually that was a little out of context. snip--- In March, you said, "Republicans are brain dead."

Here was sitting DNC Chairman Howard Dean saying he hates Republicans. Saying that this is a struggle between good and evil and Republicans are evil.

Is that vitriol? Is calling someone evil inciting violence? Remember when Reagan called the USSR evil or Bush called Iran evil the NYT and the dems went ape. DNC Chair Dean calls Republicans evil and it's perfectly fine.

Not a peep from the media, from other dem leaders, from then Sen Obama, from anyone. Crickets.

Has Gov Palin called Democrats evil? Has she said she hates anyone? Has any Republican said that about democrats? Has any tea party member?

Someone should forward these comments of Dean's to FOX, get them out in public, to refute all these media types who say "it's only on the right".

Not only that but Howard Dean became big on the national scene when running for President by walking on to stage with a baseball bat in his hand.

And he got a lot of media hype because of the huge amount of money he raised online. When I visited his website he was collecting donations with a baseball bat graphic that was filling up as he collected more money.

Wikipedia - Dean's director of grassroots fundraising, Larry Biddle, came up with the idea of the popular fundraising "bat", an image of a cartoon baseball player and bat which appeared on the site every time the campaign launched a fundraising challenge. The bat encouraged Web site visitors to contribute money immediately through their credit cards. This would lead to the bat filling up like a thermometer with the red color indicating the total funds

Time - If pro-war Democrats, Southerners and minority voters vote together, they could probably stop the momentum of Howard Dean. But that doesn't seem likely right now. And as Dean stepped onto the stage last week in New York, a huge screen beside him showed a baseball bat, the icon used on the campaign's website where fundraising updates are posted, as Dean announced the campaign had exceeded its goal of raising $1 million on the four-day trip. If Dean can keep swinging at Bush while shoring up his weaknesses, it could be tough for the other candidates to strike him out.

By Associated Press

6:08 pm EDT July 29, 2003 — The baseball bat on Howard Dean’s presidential campaign Web site may be a gimmick, but it’s good for a lot of money.

The campaign raised $508,640 dollars during a

fund-raising push that lasted from Friday through yesterday — twice the original goal.

That evil has coalesced into a singular powerful political force and is screaming its message unrepentantly is no small matter (consider their immediate uncoordinated chorus of blame for the AZ shooting).

IMHO, humanity has passed an event horizon, a point of no return.

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness...

I don’t know, but I sure hate people like Dean. And I don’t feel one tiny bit of guilt about it.

Over on this side WE have been watching the attacks from the left on the right since kennedy took out Bork. Kennedy was called the lion, Loved by the left. They have wanted this fight and will get a bloody ass kicking.
I speak to no one on the left, don’t miss them, old friends, family, any of them. It’s a lot easier on my well being. Go to Church, pray live my life. I’m armed. Trained to use it, I guess that makes me one of those who cling to their shotguns, and Religion.
I’m proud of it
