He either lied to the threat victims about Loughner’s mental health treatment and “management” by his department.

or

He is telling the truth and still let the ball drop due to Loughner’s mother’s job.

Both, very, very problematic and we should look into whether or not this is true.

I think so too. If Loughner was "well known" by Dupnik to the point where Dupnik states "he was being managed well bythe mental health system", then Dupnik has access to private psychiatric files. How and why? Obviously the kid didn't appear out of thin air. Dupnik ADMITS to prior knowledge of a kook making threats multiple times. If I made several threats over a period of time, I certainly wouldn't get away with it. The police would be all over me, "crazy" or not.

This is the common denomenator that if followed could unravel the whole Dupnik slander machine and bring the leftist house of cards down.

Everyone notice we haven’t heard anything about Jared’s dad?

This popped up on another thread: Randy Loughner works for the State of Arizona’s Child Protective Services. (I don’t know for sure this is true as I’ve no way to verify it.)

The Sheriff may have dropped the ball but not because of mom being a fellow county employee; it may be because of Jared’s dad.
