This document is circulating, purportedly showing Jared Loughner is a registered Republican.
There are two reasons why the document is faked, and one official proclamation that undermines it:

Who would do such a diabolical thing? Obviously, somebody or group of bodies that must know all about election fraud. They must be comfortable in falsifying registration info, and have probably done it millions of times before. Who could it be? What’s next... is this someone[s] next going to register dead people?

Now where did it come from originally? Source of the forgery. Is there any trace of the internal image data?

Apparently, “Tuscon” is actually a SUBURB of Tucson. It’s the “ghetto” to which the right-wing gun-nut Sarah-Palin-loving Christians gravitated.
All of the buildings in town are either residences with bunkers, churches, or gun stores. There IS one combination church/gun store.
They have their own representative; his name is Adolf something.
This wouldn’t constitute evidence in that case, so it’s not felony material.

In the Arizona Daily Sun (Flagstaff, AZ paper) they reported he registered as an Independent.

When you deliberately disseminate forged documents that need to be refuted, you are engaging in obstruction of justice. The investigators need to sift through all this stuff and when you are trying to present forged documents as legitimate, you slow down the investigation. Therein lies the felony.
They’d have to be a better shot than Sarah which isn’t likely.
