For more than 200 years, Americans have revered the Constitution as the law of the land, but the GOP and tea party heralding of the document in recent months - and the planned recitation on the House floor Thursday - have caused some Democrats to worry that the charter is being misconstrued as the immutable word of God. "They are reading it like a sacred text," said Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), the outgoing chairman of the House Judiciary subcommittee on the Constitution, civil rights and civil liberties

As for me, it is sacred text and must be followed at all costs. Those who don’t want to follow our Constitution, need to leave this country.
Since the left won’t read it, someone has to.
Looks like all the Democrats got the memo. These people take an oath to uphold the Constitution. It’s not the Word of God, but it is the founding document for the country and its government. It’s also the document that allows Nadler to sit on his posterior in Congress.
Nadler, the super-sized constitutional scholar is uncorked.
How would Nadler know if it was a sacred text? TO him nothing is sacred.
Sacred texts have a way of making some feel guilty.
I love that these liberals won’t shut up. They are exposing their utter hatred of America at every turn. Americans will vote accordingly.
Mr. Nadler is a putz. Period.
The Constitution is the contract between the Government and the People.
Live up to it Congress, or lose your jobs.
Period.
Any elected official who does not adhere to the Constitution is exceeding his authority.
If they don’t like the Constitution then they can amend it something that has been done many many times. The importance of the Constitution is that it is supposed to provide an immutable common foundation on which our legal system is to stand. When we allow purposeful misinterpreting or ignoring the Constitution then we are no longer a nation of law but a nation where the whims of men are the law and individual liberty is never safe.
In before the first Jaba the Hut pic is posted.
Any elected official who doesn’t live up to the Constitution is breaking the oath he took when he took office and should first be removed from office, then jailed for perjury.
If Jaaba can be oushed through the door, the Red Adiposity, the useful infidel, should be hurled out of office..
“pushed”.. I would say defenestrated, but the kinetics are such that nearby houses might be leveled..
In a sense he is being open by declaring the Constitution is without meaning for him. Unfortunately, those for whom it has meaning are no longer in charge.
Oh, Nads...I guessed Weiner.
Off by just a few miles-—not really a bad guess.
They hit the hate trifecta. God, America and the constitution.
Hopefully our side will use this to our advantage, but I doubt it will occur to them.
`
Is it any surprise the RATs hate America, the constitution and God?
