On the eve of his demotion by voters from House Majority Leader to House Minority Whip, Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md., Hoyer offered this insight into the psychology of the Tea Party movement:
There are a whole lot of people in the Tea Party that I see in these polls who dont want any compromise. My presumption is they have unhappy families. All of you have been in families: single-parent, two-parents, whatever. Multiple parent and a stepfather.

I think I'd be unhappy to if my parents named me “Steny.” He would have been better off with Sue.

Well, his description of the ‘families’ sounds like a typical ‘inner city’ family (or what they call those groupings) all he left out was ‘raised by grandmother’ (who, BTW, more often than not, is on her SECOND CHANCE of raising a family) and a succession of ‘uncles’ in and out of their lives.
How do these fools keep getting elected?
I know, a redundant question at best.

He’s right! The unhappy families became that way after sitting around the kitchen table looking at the tax bite being chomped out of their financial future. The Tea Party is the response to the government-created unhappiness we’re ALL feeling.
To: GoCards
Hoyer: There are a whole lot of people in the Tea Party that I see in these polls who dont want any compromise. My presumption is they have unhappy families. There are a lot democrats that approve of ramming down un-read bills in the middle of the night, forcing their will upon others much like a pedophile or rapist. Perhaps those democrats have a sexual disfunction and must do this in order to achieve an orgasm.

Hey Steny: Two thoughts:
- Sticks and stones, ya know?
- Thanks for once again proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that liberalism is truly a mental disease. Ya gotta be pretty sick to make unfounded allegations like this.
