Yep. I had veggies but, I did avoid fruit. I’m one of those that fruit would just stop the diet dead in its tracks.
I LOVE being able to eat berries - it’s so easy to pack some frozen strawberries into a container. By the time I’m ready for my snack, they’ve thawed and are just right. :-)
