Murkowski is a scanky ho, so she is a loss. The rest we can deal with. Besides, don’t they have to agree with the House to pass this crap now?

With us controlling the House, it’s likely nothing bad will get signed into law.

With these guys on the committee though, it’s likely nothing good will be originated either, or any existing bad rescinded.

So in otherwards, a wasted session of having to remain vigilant, but no progress made.

I know Murkowski is not liked, I don’t like her either, but I have to point out that it was her amendment last year that would have stopped the EPA’s actions against Texas refineries and other targets. That failed thanks to Dumb and Dumber (D-Va).

I predict that Murkowski will switch to the RAT Party within the next six months.

She was a RAT Plant from the git-go. The RAT Party knew their candidate was dead meat, so they genned up the write-in campaign to get her in with the agreement that she would switch sides.

Why isn't socialist Sen. Mark Kirk on that list? His lifetime voting record is much worse than the Republicans who did make the list.

Don’t forget RINO extraordinaire Richard Lugar! Here’s a reader editorial (not mine) from our newspaper, a succinct response to Lugar’s press secretary’s defense of his Master.

Lugar’s record II
XXXXXXX XXXXX • Portland • December 30, 2010

On Dec. 17, Sen. Lugar’s press secretary, Mark Hayes, said I had a right to disagree with Lugar “but not to make up facts.” Hayes should learn his senator’s record better.
Hayes said “Lugar did not vote to implement the Kyoto Treaty.” In 2003, Lugar voted for S. 139 which the American Conservative Union says would have implemented many provisions of the treaty.
Hayes said “Lugar did not vote for the bloated cap-and-trade bill in the last Congress.” I said he “favored Cap and Tax.” On his 2006 Project Vote Smart Position Statement, Lugar said “I support cap and trade programs and international outreach and cooperation to reduce emissions and pollution.”
Hayes said “The Senator does not favor immediate citizenship for illegal aliens”. I said he favors amnesty. He voted for S. 2611, the 2006 McCain Amnesty Bill. He is a co-sponsor of the DREAM Act and was pushing to shove it through in the lame duck session despite major concerns over some of the language.
Hayes says Lugar’s nominees make up the most conservative Supreme Court in generations. I hold that it was moved to the left with his confirmation votes for extreme left wing justices Sotomayor and Kagan.
I agree with Hayes that Lugar was a staunch supporter of Reagan 20 years ago before he lost touch with his conservative base and became one of the worst anti-gun senators in Congress. I would be happy to list specific votes.”
