The royals could convince the natives that David is a relation of John Frum. Maybe. That will last until the natives weary of excuses why David can't produce flocks of C-47s that dispense crates of Hershey bars and sunglasses and Coca-Cola and all manner of the kind of conveniences that we take to war in huge amounts.
