I find the statement in the article "one-home-per-5 acres" in their "community plan" elitist in itself. Price out the poor by not allowing more homes per acre. A bunch of nudists in trailers and RVs don't fit the upscale elitist vision these "planners" have.
I think the nudists have a right to stay just as they are, regardless of any city grand plans.

I’ve actually been to Sunsport many times, and am well acquainted with the owner, Morley.
Sunsport is not far from West Palm Beach, a very exclusive area. But the only access, unless you go around the very long way, is down a dirt/gravel road. It has a nice pool, camp sites, lake, etc.—just like your typical KOA or whatever. Except everyone is nude.
No big deal.
