The one thing I have not heard in all these articles about Moochelle and her glorious salad bars is how much wasted food they will be throwing out at taxpayer expense.
Exactly. How much salad bar ingredients are going to sit around for weeks on end, rotting...molding, until somebody finally figures out that most kids won’t eat salad if given a choice.
Or will there be a salad bar monitor with a paddle whacking kids that bypass the salad bar.
