No one is forcing TSA agents to violate the privacy and dignity of their fellow citizens - they can always find another job. Granted, many are former hourly workers who might prefer the job security and guaranteed pension the TSA can provide but hopefully some will refuse to do this job.

Revert back to pre 11/01/10 screening policies, refuse to do the pat downs. Grow some balls TSA agents, start pulling all muslims from line for the enhenced touchy feely fest and let the people that don’t fit the muslim description through. The problem for the TSA crowd is that even if they give up their nasty habits now they've already bothered hundreds of thousands of people.

This is actually very dangerous.

Secret Service has a list reputed to contain 400,000 names of people who may be "threats" to the safety of Presidents, Senators, Representatives, Governors, etc. That's 400,000 out of 220,000,000 adults, or 4/220, which is just short of 2% of the adult population.

The TSA personnel are certainly in danger of something from 2% of the adults they check out.

All you have to do is check out 50 people in one day and you have at least 1 crazy person who might take some sort of action.

That would be un-nerving! A full year would give you 220 such enemies, every single one of whom might be wandering about the airport parking lots looking for just you.

I predict they will vote for union representation. I also predict the Obama approved union leadership will be at a loss for how they can protect their members and will mealy-mouth their way around the issue.

The ONLY solution I can see at this time is a TSA strike!
