Experts: Mystery contrail was from Chinese missile
World Net Daily ^ | November 19, 2010 | Joseph Farah

'Muted response' was decision 'made by the president himself'

Although the U.S. Defense Department and North American Aerospace Defense Command have speculated publicly that the unidentified contrail of a projectile soaring into the skies off the California coast – and recorded by a KCBS television crew – came from a jet and posed no security threat to the U.S., several experts are raising provocative and disturbing questions about the government's official response, reports Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

Two governmental military experts with extensive experience working with missiles and computer security systems have examined the television video and conclude the mysterious contrail originating some 30 miles off the coast near Los Angeles did not come from a jet – but rather, they say the exhaust and the billowing plume emanated from a single source nozzle of a missile, probably made in China.

They further suggest the missile was fired from a submerged Chinese nuclear submarine off America's coast, and point out that the timing of the alleged Chinese missile shot coincided with an increasing confrontation between the U.S. and China, and was likely meant to send a message to Washington.

Indeed, the Federal Aviation Administration documents that there were no aircraft flying in the area at that time, the night of Nov. 8.

And here I thought that this had been settled here at FR by dividing into two groups and avoiding reopening the issue.

Yeah, me too.

Everyone signed the Unilateral Treaty, dinner was served, everyone was happy.

JOSEPH FARAH, shame on you for stirring up trouble.

I’m seeing a trend on this.

As a missile expert, they’ll say it’s a missile.
As an aircraft expert, they’ll say it’s an aircraft.
As a magic expert, they’ll probably say it’s a witch on a broomstick.

Everyone is seeing their own specialty. The government has chosen a side in it, however, so that closes the issue as far as I am concerned. It can now move into internet conspiracy territory next to the faked moon landing and the gunman on the grassy knoll.

I read that the object was moving to slowly to be a missile and it didn’t have a bright flare on the tail end as a missile should have. Despite recent more aggressive behavior by China, it would have been extremely dangerous to launch a missile from 35 miles off our coast and that could have easily started a nuclear crisis. A missile launch so close to our shores would have been extremely dangerous and reckless, and that isn’t the Chinese style. They work in a much more calm, methodical, systematic way to get what they want in the world.

If you talk to enough retired military officers, you can find one who will support almost any theory about anything. Serving in the Air Force doesn’t turn someone into a genius. I vote for the contrail from an airplane theory. From what I read, there were a couple of commercial airline flights and a UPS flight in the area that night.

I prefer evidence that Obama is unwilling to act in America’s interest.

Sure, he seems to be entirely against that. Doesn’t really matter, that could be used as an argument for anything.

And it has been, especially this silliness. ‘hussein hates America turns into Chinese launching missiles off the coast’ is a big leap. When there’s no other evidence than a video of a known UPS plane, the conspiracy has problems.

The UPS flight that it has been identified as is an MD-11, that’s why.

You “read”?

Perhaps you could upgrade your internet service and watch the video of the missile launch?

I read one article on the Foxnews.com site that directly contradicts that statement. There’s a contrail website that said there were a few commercial flights in the area that night. WND is well-intentioned but I don’t view them as especially accurate about reporting the truth.

And the last responsible article from Farah was how many years ago?

I agree. Take WorldNutDaily with a 50 lb bag of rock salt.

This WND article is full of nonsense. They’re making a run at Debka for ‘silliest news source’ apparently.

I have a very hard time believing China was involved. Why on earth would they risk igniting a global war? Launching a ballistic missile off the coast of the United States is extremely reckless and provocative. There seems to be an irrational military fear of China around here. China’s strengths are purely economical in nature. They are indeed engaged in an economic war with the United States. A military war is America’s strength and the Chinese will not do the U.S. a favor by playing into her strengths. China wants to be the global superpower of the 21st century and beyond and she achieves that by squeezing America’s economy into submission, not by inviting a military attack that would surely knock China into the 18th century.

Under no circumstance would the United States allow a foreign military to launch rockets or missiles so close to our coast, not even Imam Hussein Obama. He would immediately address the nation on the matter, he would address the UN on the matter, our allies would condemn the action of the aggressor, and other general global alarms and reactions would ensue. Rightfully so. There is no way such warlike action would be kept secret.

I will not be convinced and you should not buy into the nonsense. China was not involved.

The pilot that took the videotape says he saw the same trail several days before.

The pilot that took the video says he filmed it for 10 minutes.

There are no missiles, rockets that have a 10 minute thrust period, except for maybe the Shuttle launch. That 10 minutes is even longer, because he didn’t start filming it until it had already left quite a ‘trail’.

FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN.

There is a thread here http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2630024/posts which shows that the VIDEO YOU ALL SAW was EDITED, and put out of sequence to make it look more like a rocket launch.

We are calling it CBS-GATE.

CBS HAS NOT, and WILL NOT let you see the full 10 minute UNEDITED video.

Check out the pictures and proof at the link. It was all about getting viewers/hits and distracting the public from the Obamas, and the LAME DUCK DEMS passing some NASTY LEGISLATION.
