Well, that’s a relief. There has to be ethics in the first place in order for there to be an ethics trial.

Couldn’t this be a GOOD thing since she will now be tried by a more conservative bunch?

Interesting. Is it beause after reviewing the evidance they concluded they would have to find her guilty also?

Or is it because they did not want another circus?

new material has come to light

She was seen walking on water?

But, seriously, we don't know if this new material would help exonerate her or, quite possibly, involves evidence of further crimes.

QUESTION Do her working class constituents know Maxine Waters used their tax dollars to help her and her husband's investment in OneUnited.

Do her working class constituents know that their tax dollars were used to finance a luxurious lifestyle for OneUnited bank chairman and CEO Kevin Cohee, including a Porsche and a mansion on the exclusive Pacific Coast Highway?

Cohee's high-flying perks came despite his having been charged in 2007 with felonies after his arrest on suspicion of possessing cocaine, crack cocaine and concentrated cannabis, according to the Los LA County DA's office. The case was dismissed the next year after Cohee completed a drug diversion program.

Cohee was also arrested in 2007 after a woman filed a complaint alleging that Cohee had forcibly sodomized her, according to public records. Prosecutors did not pursue the assault charge.

OneUnited Bank Chairman and CEO, Kevin Cohee
JD, Harvard Law School
Board Member, Boston Bank Of Commerce
Formerly with Salomon Bros, Inc.

I hear that, these days, Cohee has the affirmative action office of Harvard Law School on speed-dial.

It is best to wait until January when the new House is installed. Then hit this witch with both barrels.

The committee said new material has come to light that has prompted a decision to send the Waters case back to the initial subcommittee that first looked into it, according to CBS Radio News Capitol Hill Correspondent Bob Fuss. That four-member subcommittee will now reexamine the evidence against Waters.

Was this "new material" in large or small denominations?

This arrogant, dim-witted thug has been funneling money to her husbands companies for decades. She is a CRIMINAL, pure and simple. But I’d be quite surprised to see republicans summon up the GUTS necessary to try her after the first of the year. After all, they wouldn’t want to risk losing that perpetually ENORMOUS number of black votes next time around!!

hmm...new material...could that new material be the conviction of Rangel? can’t have two black congressmen convicted by a Dem Congress back to back - what message would that send to their black constituents for goodness sakes? why, they’d call the Dems the R word. There’d be riots for crying out loud! So they’ll sit on Waters until a few other un-blacks are found to take the spotlight, and then get back to her, if she hasn’t retired by then, when the “racist” republicans are in power.
