The fire took place in the afternoon so many people would have been at work or school but the 30 story building does have many retirees.
So far 5 people have been reported dead and 48 injured and taken to hospital.

Was it about Shanghai that I saw the news item last week that a construction company had whipped up a skyscraper in 6 days flat? Maybe this is the downside.
